Moulin de Tartay

There’s so much for families here. Our 4-year-old loved feeding the chickens, and the geese were adorable too. Food scraps mostly went straight to the chickens, which we loved. The playground, football pitch, pétanque, and beach volley were all a bonus. Each place to stay has a terrace, wood-burning barbecue, lounge area, and kitchen, and the owners are wonderfully kind and attentive. The pool was super clean and never crowded, with the place hosting up to 4 families. Every detail has been thought through, and we can’t wait to come back.

We were welcomed with a basket of fruit and vegetables and a bottle of wine. The hosts were super friendly, and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. There’s a lovely pool in the grounds, and our own outdoor kitchen came with a fridge freezer. A great base for exploring the area.

There’s loads to do around the property, including football, basketball, table tennis, swimming, and an outdoor kitchen. The beautiful grounds and pool are great for a large family or a few families staying together. We had a very clean two-bedroom apartment with air con, a full kitchen, toiletries, and a comfortable lounge room. It was so well equipped and full of thoughtful details, almost like a 5-star resort. The hosts were lovely and really helpful. Couldn’t recommend it more.

The place had a lovely atmosphere and was so well equipped, with a stunning property and animals to enjoy, including a beautiful dog, chickens, and geese. We spent 3 nights at Moulin de Tartay last week and loved it. Sandrine and Ludovic were kind, helpful, and very welcoming. We didn’t want to leave, and hope to stay again. Definitely recommend. ❤
