Ô'dreams Loft & Spa

We liked the bubble room’s original look and comfort, and the apartment is right in the heart of Avignon. We also got a very warm welcome. But for the price, there was a lot to be disappointed about. The room seemed equipped, yet there was just one soft-drink glass for two, so we drank fruit juice from a champagne glass, and the coffee cup was tiny. The host told us previous guests had broken several things: the soap dispenser was broken, one of the two jacuzzi enclosures was damaged, and the door handle took a lot of force to open every other time. We couldn’t arrive at the time we wanted and had to book an appointment. Once there, we waited 20 minutes for the parking pass. At checkout, we were told to return the keys by 11:15 a.m., but at 11 someone knocked and took the lock to use on another room.

The location is fantastic, but the service didn’t feel worth what we paid. We stayed in the bubble accommodation in May 2021. The parking lot was small for a family vehicle, the room was only average for cleanliness, and the jacuzzi topping out at 35.5 degrees Celsius wasn’t much fun.

The staff were friendly and really helpful, and I had a wonderful night in this clean apartment right in Avignon’s city center. It has great amenities, including a jacuzzi, hammam, and sauna. I’ll definitely come back soon. For a couple or one person looking for a nice room, give them a call. The rooms are truly exceptional! 😍

We were welcomed right on time, and the room looked even better than the photos. It was more spacious than expected, and the decor was lovely. Thanks for a wonderful little escape, even if it was only one night!
