The staff are friendly and smiley, and make the atmosphere here really nice. I also appreciate being able to open the window, which seems rare in France. Breakfast has just what you need to get started, without being excessive. The gym, though, really needs to be closed for renovation. It's impossible to use, and everything needs urgent maintenance. I tried it once and reported the problems. They were supposedly fixed, but when I tried again it still wasn't usable. I don't mind running in the rain, luckily, but otherwise there's no way to exercise here.

For the price, this was a pleasant surprise. Everything felt new and clean, the service was impeccable, and breakfast was good. The hotel is half an hour by bus from central Bordeaux, with a bus stop 100 meters away. Recommended if you want to stay outside Bordeaux. I'll definitely come back.

There's plenty of space, and the place has a kitchen with cooking utensils. Having a reception was helpful too, since not all European accommodations have a normal reception. It's about 30 minutes from the city center. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable to sleep on, though the rest was excellent.

Manelle and the rest of the staff made this hotel feel like a little gem. The beds were so comfortable, and breakfast was wonderful. It went beyond what we expected.
