A comfortable bed and hot shower made this a practical, cheap stopover before we continued travelling. The rooms are basic and a bit worn in places, with paintwork issues and small bits of damage. Breakfast is simple but reasonably priced, and the 11 am checkout was appreciated. We were welcomed warmly in the morning after using self-service check-in for our late arrival. It’s a convenient place for a layover, very close to Avignon TGV and easy to walk to. Some stretches of the path aren’t very friendly for suitcases or pushchairs.

The room was comfortable, though the shower holder was broken. I recommend checking in from 5 pm, when reception is open. I couldn’t understand the self check-in machine at all.

I wanted to stay one more night, but they asked for 49€ and wouldn’t apply my membership discount from their loyalty scheme, even though I’d used it for the two previous nights. To get the online price of 42€68 with the 5% discount, they said I’d have to check out at 11 am and check back in at 2 pm. That would mean extra cleaning and laundry costs for them. Very stupid. I’m going to a hotel that values my business.

The first room’s air conditioning wasn’t working well, but the staff switched me to another room right away. It’s a good fit for business or traveling alone. The rooms are small, though they’re well equipped. I had a great stay.

The location was just okay, about 2 km from the train station, with a short bus ride into town. Taxis cost quite a bit, especially early in the day or on weekends. Breakfast was basic but inexpensive, and the room had limited facilities and didn’t feel hygienic. You get what you pay for.
