The team were pleasant and helpful throughout, giving great service from the moment I arrived. My room was clean and well kept, and breakfast was very good for the price. It was easy to reach the train and see the city from this location. I'd highly recommend the hotel.

Even from my room at the very top of the building, I found the location ideal, right in the centre and an easy walk to the station. It was also surprisingly quiet. There’s no lift, but it wasn’t too bad, and the staff were happy to carry my bags. My room was spacious and clean, with modern facilities. It looks as though the hotel has been bought and updated quite a bit, so some reviews may be very old. I couldn’t fault the place.

It’s fine if all you need is a bed in the city centre, but the room isn’t very nice and I wouldn’t want to spend time in it. Don’t be taken in by the “boutique” label, this place is super basic. I don’t see how it has three stars when there are no amenities, not even a reception lounge to sit in while waiting, or a bar.

I’d happily stay here again. The room was clean and comfortable, on the first floor, and it was good value. Reception was especially welcoming and had my room ready early while I left my bag there. Everything is close by, and the train station is only a short walk away.

The room was quiet and very clean, and the air conditioning was a welcome bonus. The location was fantastic. There’s no lift, but when we arrived they promptly offered to carry my bag. Reception service was great throughout. I’d recommend staying here and would come back.
