We especially loved chatting with the two managers. They’re caring, a joy to talk to, and both speak English very well, which was a big help for us as we’re not fluent in French. They gave us plenty of laughs and good tips on restaurants and things to do nearby. The hotel itself is in a beautiful old building that reminded me of a smaller Grand budapest hotel, just a two minute walk from the cosy city center. Our room was tidy and well looked after, the amenities were very good, and the hotel can accommodate people with reduced mobility, which I really appreciate. My partner and I stayed several days this week and had a great time. I’d happily recommend a visit if you’re in the area.

The two managers made us feel very welcome. They were cheerful, incredibly friendly, and ready to help with anything, including some great local restaurant suggestions. My wife and I spent a night at Hotel Bellevue in Ax Les Thermes after four days of hiking and camping. It was very clean, well managed, and reasonably priced. If you want good service at a fair price in Ax, this is a great place to stay.

Perfectly located near all the good restaurants, with very clean, tidy rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke fluent English.

We found parking right outside, and they stored our bicycles for us. It’s an easy walk to downtown. The rooms were spotless, had a lovely mountain view, and the pillows were the best. Breakfast was awesome, and check-in was quick. There’s an elevator to the second floor, then stairs up to the third. Merci, I loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel!

The staff were so helpful and friendly. They held our resupply package and booked restaurants for us. The location, rooms, and facilities were all good. Couldn’t ask for more, thanks guys.
