The house is spacious and basically okay, but our stay was a disappointment from the moment we arrived. It was 5°C outside and just as cold indoors because the heating hadn't been turned on. We had to call the owner, who switched it on remotely. The hot water tank was off too, so only half of us could take a hot shower that evening. There were plenty of smaller issues that were simply left as they were: water dripped into one bedroom and soaked a bed, the stairs down to the garage had no lights, and a broken bay window meant someone could get in from outside. There was also a used, moldy coffee filter still in the machine. None of this was fixed, and it definitely wasn't a nice stay.

Just right for a short visit. The room was small and cute, and it was clean. Staff were easy to reach and happy to accommodate us.

The place was very quiet, with no noise at all, but getting there by car was difficult. The rental company was impossible to get hold of. They kept $200 from my account as a deposit without explaining why. I called both numbers on the reservation and left a message asking them to call back, but I'm still waiting.

The apartment photos didn't match the place we actually got. Apartment number 3 was dark, and it didn't seem to have been properly cleaned between stays: there were cobwebs, dust under the bed and on the floor, and the white towels weren't very white. There were barely enough dishes for two people, and just one wine glass. Not a great start to a holiday. The bathroom had no heating, and we were told not to touch the thermostat. Parking was a long way off, which made unloading and loading luggage awkward unless you parked on the street. On top of that, we were charged an extra €30 supposedly for a pet because it needed a deeper clean. I cleaned the apartment myself, and it didn't look like any additional cleaning was done before the next tenants arrived. It felt like an easy way to take money from guests.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed. It's right in the center, with everything easy to get to. Thank you for everything from the Stan Family 🥰🤗
