Camille was a huge help when we ran into a booking problem, and he got it sorted. We were also well placed for hikes, right in town and beside the gondola. The rooms are compact but work fine, and having a pool was a nice extra for our summer trip to the Pyrenees.

Camille deserves a special mention for making us feel so welcome. That kind of thoughtfulness and care is rare these days. A big thank you!

We keep coming back because this works so well for a ski break in Ax Les Thermes. The kitchen has everything we needed, and the place is clean and comfortable. There are free ski lockers, and the first gondola is just a two-minute walk away.

The pool area was spotless, and the staff were helpful. The accommodation itself is looking a bit worn and could use some refurbishment. The location is great.

The flat was clean and matched its description. Best of all, the lift is only a two-minute walk away.
