Bella Vista is our favourite hotel on the island. We've organised lots of cycling tours on Corsica and have included it in every itinerary so far. Whenever we can, we stay at least two nights. The hosts are great and really supportive of cyclists. We'll definitely be back 😀

The views over the mountains and down to Porto were a lovely bonus, and our family room was comfortable for a good night's sleep. It had two balconies and a large, modern bathroom. Frédéric and his wife run an excellent hotel in a fine location, and we enjoyed three nights of good hospitality. We'd booked half board, so we had three tasty dinners with wine at restaurant Le Maquis across the road. After a month travelling around Nice, Corsica, Sardinia, and Naples and staying in everything from modest to luxurious hotels, Hotel Bella Vista was one of the best of the trip.

We booked Bella Vista at the last minute because of the price, and it turned out to be great value compared with other hotels nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the mountain views were gorgeous, and breakfast had a good variety. The staff were great too. We'd stay again and recommend it.

We stayed at the Bella Vista at the end of October, 2015, in room 12. The balcony was very spacious, with amazing sunset views over the water, and there's a shared balcony with just as good a view. The hotel is uphill from Porto, in a handy location, and parking was easy to find. We had breakfast one day and it was delicious. The restaurants within walking distance were all very good.
