Chambre d'Hôtes Moulin Urketa

The owner was so attentive, helping us enjoy the grounds, pool, and property. We loved the quiet setting for walks, caves, and lovely villages. Our family room was very well arranged for two adults and two kids, and breakfast had delicious local food. The breakfast area could feel a bit more welcoming, though that's not something you can change in a day. We had a really good stay while visiting the Basque Country. Good luck with the project, and we hope to come back soon.

Falling asleep to the stream each night was lovely. We had a spacious, clean room and bathroom, and the location worked well, close to attractions and not far from the highway. The Urketa Mill is a real gem, and spending three days in a 17th-century mill in such a beautiful park felt like a luxury. Jean Luc is warm and discreet, always around with suggestions for things to do or places to eat, and he can also give an interesting tour of the mill and estate, sharing his affection for it. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of sweet and savory local products. It seems perfect for families with children, and we'd love to return in summer to enjoy the pool.

We have everything we need, and two lovely weeks lie ahead of us. The hosts are so friendly, and the room is furnished with care and great taste. It felt like home right away. Just the place to relax and unwind, highly recommended! 👍 🫶

The breakfasts were generous and delicious, with local produce, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. We got a warm welcome too. The beautifully restored house is worth seeing, along with the adjoining mill. A dream stay, highly recommended!
