A lovely little hotel, about a five-minute walk from Luchon's main area with bars and cafes. The hosts were friendly and accommodated us in line with the current guidelines. We'd definitely stay again.

A lovely hotel in a castle, with very nice staff. It might even be the best place to stay when you're in the area.

Breakfast was hearty and delicious, especially the excellent old-fashioned hot chocolate. The welcome was warm and the advice was great too. We stayed in a large room that combined old-time charm with modern comforts. The castle faces the thermal baths park and sits well back from the road, so it's wonderfully peaceful. A superb stop during the Cosmojazz festival!

The owner was incredibly kind, and the atmosphere throughout our stay was peaceful. This welcoming, comfortable, beautiful hotel is a stately home from 1875, tastefully preserved. Staying here feels like going back in time, apart from the modern bathroom. It's pet-friendly and just a two-minute walk from the center of Luchon. Highly recommended.
