It was easy to get into our room, and we could leave our bags in a locked storage room for free after checkout. The Wi-Fi worked well, and there were vending machines with ready-made meals and snacks. We liked the complimentary soap in the room and by the toilets and showers. Breakfast was available to buy, though we thought it was a bit too expensive. We didn't sleep well because the bed was too hard for us. The toilets were always wet, as if people were shaking shower water off there, so we had to wipe the seat every time we used it. The hand sanitizers were empty.

I've stayed in hotels across Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Italy, and more, but I've never seen a one star hotel in this condition. The rooms are tiny and dark, and not suitable for a couple. If you choose a double room with a toilet, there's hardly any space for luggage or moving around. Paris is beautiful, but this place feels more suited to people coming from other towns in France to work in Paris.

We liked the flexible check-in times, the clean room, and the friendly staff at Hotel F1 Paris Porte de Montreuil. It's not in a particularly nice area, but for the price it was fine, with good connections from the Metro and two nearby bus stops. The shared toilets and shower stalls were mostly clean and in good condition, though wet. We didn't have warm water for one of our days. We couldn't tell if it was a boiler issue or a malfunction, but it would've been helpful to know beforehand instead of trying four different showers and finding none with warm water. Apart from that, the stay was alright. If you're coming to Paris at short notice and just need an inexpensive place, this is a good option.

Wi-Fi was available. The room was okay for two, with a Cabrio Room and private bathroom. The bathroom was very small but manageable. I found only one towel, though you can order another, and reception wouldn't provide the extra blanket I asked for.
