Le Saint Georges

The owners were unpleasant, unfriendly, and inflexible, and I even wondered if they were messing with us. The rooms were shabby, with stained bedspreads, hole-riddled filthy carpets, and TVs with terrible reception. The showers were filthy too, with moldy grout and questionable curtains. In short, avoid this place at all costs. Logi de France must not know what the services and atmosphere here are like.

We stayed just one night, thankfully. I wish I could take away those two stars. Dust under the bed, a stained bedspread, a broken bedside lamp, and peeling wallpaper were all part of the experience. The bathroom was very dirty and the shower curtain unsuitable. This hotel is definitely one to avoid.

The Wi-Fi worked very well. There's a bed and a shower, so it's fine for a stopover, but keep your expectations low. I thought it was a bit overpriced for what you get.

I liked the hotel's quiet feel, and the managers were friendly and discreet. The rooms were clean and simple, and I enjoyed the local cuisine and the range of beers. The restaurant was quiet too.
