Hotel Daudet - Grandrieu

That veal chop with the homemade fries and porcini sauce was so good. Even though the restaurant was packed, our meal came out quickly and the service was excellent. We were only stopping for lunch while passing through, and we're glad we chose it. Definitely recommend.

The change in ownership has made a real difference. Two friendly women are running the place now, and there's a great atmosphere. The food is simple, tasty, homemade, and reasonably priced. There's also a big terrace to enjoy when the weather's nice. Just the kind of restaurant we like.

There's a lovely, spacious terrace for sunny days, and the welcome feels warm. The cooking is generous, varied, and local, with good value for money. It works just as well for a meal with friends or a romantic dinner as it does for everyday dining or a stop while traveling. I highly recommend it.
