Breakfast was solid, and check-in was easy with a warm welcome. The rooms are fairly standard. We noticed a few stains, a used coaster, and a couple of hairs on the bed, but things were generally fine. The really unpleasant part was the window, with bugs covering the whole frame, so it couldn't be opened. It's a quiet area beside an industrial zone and a residential neighborhood. There's not much around apart from Disneyland Paris.

I'd choose a Disney hotel or another place with a free van service. It makes a big difference in both time and money when visiting the parks. This hotel was a poor choice for getting to Disney: the bus stop is an eight-minute walk away, and the bus takes 25 minutes because it stops everywhere. A taxi cost 30 euros, and walking takes an hour. My room was dirty, with coffee stains on the carpet and an unclean bathroom. Breakfast had little variety and no plant-based milk, and there was no fridge for food. I stayed two nights. On the first day, snow left me stranded at the Disney train station with no buses running. Other hotels were collecting guests in free vans. Locals suggested I call this hotel for help, but they left me on hold for over 10 minutes and never answered. It was -10C outside, and the walk was an hour, so I went to Disney's hotel Sequoia. They helped me and called a taxi once routes were clear. When I finally reached this hotel exhausted, I explained what had happened to the receptionist with short red hair. She said it was my problem because most guests arrive by car. She didn't apologize and was rude and unprofessional. I'd left my Disney hat on her desk while talking and checking in. The next day, when I asked for it, staff said they'd supposedly given it to someone else, without even asking that person to prove it was theirs. After the rude treatment, I couldn't believe they had essentially taken my belongings. The blond woman at the desk asked for my details so she could send a replacement hat; she was more professional, but I still haven't received anything.

We were there the third week of September and had a great stay. Getting to Disney was fantastic, and the hotel cost a fraction of what you'd pay in the Disney bubble. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the cleaning staff were friendly and helpful. Victor and Ugo really stood out. They went out of their way to help us. The lady on the early shift was grumpy, though. I'd give service three stars because management needs to staff the place properly instead of cutting costs. One person was expected to handle a busy check-in and the bar at once. We saw them running around looking stressed, and that wasn't okay. Breakfast was average. The coffee could be better, the meat properly cooked, and the croissants fresher.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It fell short on cleanliness and basic respect for guests. The room hadn't been properly cleaned: yellow marks on the floor, urine stains in the toilet, and long black hairs on the towel. After my wife showered, the hairs were stuck all over her body. That's a serious hygiene problem. Management wasn't helpful and offered no real fix. I'd arranged early check-in in advance as a Platinum member benefit, but reception had no record of it. I spent about 20 minutes explaining the situation. The next evening, on the night shift, I asked for a late check-out. The staff member wouldn't decide and told me to call again in the morning, despite the hotel having availability and my booking multiple rooms. They were rude and dismissive and made a simple request frustrating. I also went to reception to claim my complimentary drink. Two check-ins were ahead of me, so I waited. After I'd finished my business, several more guests arrived. I politely asked if guests would be served in order, and the staff member angrily shouted, “You will wait — my priority is check-in!” I never got the drink.
