The scenery was lovely, and it’s a nice place for kids. We had a good evening, though the wait for the main course was long and the price felt too high for what we got. Still, I’d come back for a drink one day 🍸!

What stayed with us most was the kind hostess. Our room was spacious and warm, and we got to look around a few rooms that really fired the imagination. The château itself was a delight, with original walls and decor, antique furniture, and high ceilings. We only wish we’d had more time there.

That family feel and the calm, peaceful atmosphere made my week. The welcome was warm too. It deserves more than five stars, if only that were possible.

We spent the weekend there as a family, and everyone enjoyed getting to live the castle life for a while. The castle is magnificent, with lovely rooms and a beautiful breakfast room. We were welcomed warmly, and I’d highly recommend it.

The brunch is varied and delicious, and the welcome and service feel warm. It costs a bit more, €39 without alcohol, but I think it’s worth checking out.
