Campanile PRIME - Troyes Nord Barberey

We've stayed here three times now on the drive home from the south of France, and it's been my favourite Campanile so far. The restaurant is very good and reasonably priced, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. I'd highly recommend it.

The gated, secure car park and the good views from the nicely sized rooms made this a handy stop. There's also a small games area for kids. The hotel has a nice look and decor, and works well on the drive south to the south of France or back up toward Calais.

A great stopover with big rooms, lots of parking, an outdoor pool and really helpful, considerate staff. The food is superb too. In summer, it's lovely to have breakfast or dinner out on the covered terrace. I've used the hotel a few times. It's close to a Geant Superstore, where you can get cheap fuel outside town and stock up on fuel, wine and cheese for the drive home. Troyes is only about a 10-minute drive away, with its beautiful old city and great restaurants.

I spent a few weeks here for a work project and found the staff across management, reception, the restaurant and housekeeping wonderful. They speak several languages, the restaurant food is great, and there are good wine choices. The place can be busy and feels modern, but it's still quiet and peaceful. The garden and pool areas are lovely, and there's room service and games for kids. Rooms are clean, with comfortable beds, air conditioning, a safe and a tiny fridge. It's close to the city and motorway. Great rates, and I'd definitely recommend it for a family or business stay.
