Aloe Camping La Buissière Tentes Lodges

The swimming pool and slides were just right for the kids, and there were plenty of activities. We also ate well at the campsite restaurant. Camping de la Buissière is quiet and family-friendly, and we had a really good stay. We usually pick a different destination each holiday, but this one has us thinking we'd come back.

The area around Camping La Buissière is lovely, and the nearby evening markets are a treat. We had a great holiday and felt we'd got our money's worth, especially with the good peak season price and restaurant. Staff were friendly and tried hard to communicate in English or with a translation app. The pool was generally big enough, though nothing special. A few things let it down. The entertainment disappointed, and social media made it look more special. Some activities were hard for Dutch children to follow. Movie night was a French-language film with English subtitles. We also had power cuts every day, sometimes several in a row. They didn't last long, but were annoying. Internet was almost nonexistent because of the campsite's distance from cell towers, and the free Wi-Fi wasn't much better. Still, I'd definitely recommend the place.

The mobile home was spacious, clean, and well insulated, with its own jacuzzi. The campsite has nearly everything, including a playground, pools, and water slides. A small shop for forgotten essentials would have been useful. Staff were cheerful, friendly, and helpful. When our car battery died as we were leaving, an employee came over to see if they could help.

The mobile homes are laid out well and feel quiet, and the campsite was clean. We got a professional welcome and plenty of tips for seeing the region. There was food, entertainment for everyone, and a clean pool. All the staff were friendly. Everything was excellent, thanks for it all.
