The rooms were clean, with a lovely terrace to unwind on, and the pool was free to use. Parking felt secure, and getting to the rooms was well laid out. Staff were pleasant and had good advice. The residence sits a little out of the way, which made for a quieter stay, though it was tricky to find on our first day.

We found the residence quiet and well placed for exploring the area around it. The manager greeted us with a smile and was very friendly. She also handed us a binder full of useful information about shops, places to visit, and more.

The region is magnificent, and we spent two weeks in Barjac, with shops easy to reach on foot from this centrally located residence. Our apartment was clean and spacious. There’s an elevator, bicycle storage, and underground parking. One downside out of season is that the big trees around the buildings leave the apartments and terraces rather dark, though that shade must be pleasant in very hot weather.

We were in a two-bedroom apartment with a mezzanine, balcony, two bathrooms, and one toilet. The living and dining area was adequate, and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and cleaning supplies. It was on the second floor, away from the unheated pool, which felt like a plus during the heatwave. The one annoyance was the underground parking: getting in was difficult, the spaces were too small, and we nearly damaged the car several times, so take care. The residence is right in the city center, close to everything. During our stay there was a big flea market that went on for three or four days, and we enjoyed wandering through it. There were lots of restaurants and ice cream parlors for different tastes and budgets, plus several attractions nearby. The welcome was warm, and the staff clearly explained the procedures and activities. There was also a binder with information, including places to eat. The residence itself is simple, quiet, and excellent. I recommend it.
