Le Mas De Rivet

The food was a real treat, with dishes that were surprisingly delicious. The chef clearly cares about the craft and about cleanliness, and has banned pesticides from the restaurant while building a network of high-quality local organic producers. Breakfast alone is worth the trip. It was generous but still refined, with homemade bread, croissants, pastries, fresh fruit, little goat cheeses, and bull sausage. Everything served was fresh and flavorful. The staff were incredibly attentive and worked hard to make our stay pleasant. It’s a well-run place, and I highly recommend it.

We loved our stay at Mas du Rivet. The setting was beautiful and relaxing, and the owners were warm, genuine, dedicated, and kind. Breakfast was sumptuous, with fresh, organic, homemade products. Thank you for such an authentic escape.

We liked it so much that we extended our stay. It’s a peaceful former sheepfold with a superb view, surrounded by nature and the sound of cicadas. A great place to recharge. The family who own it are incredibly kind and attentive, and gave us useful recommendations for places where we could go back and buy delicious local organic products. Breakfast was fantastic too, made with organic local ingredients from their garden. They bake their own bread and croissants, and it was a real treat. THANK YOU, we’ll be back soon with our friends!

We arrived far too early to check in, but the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They offered to store our luggage straight away and even let us use the pool. We could park our motorcycles in the covered “garage,” where they were well protected. Their friendliness continued until we left. The stay was fantastic, just much too short. The pool is great, the rooms stay cool in the heat thanks to the air conditioning and blackout blinds, and there’s a spacious, shady outdoor area. The decor has a nice French feel, and breakfast is delicious with more variety than the usual fare. We’ll definitely come back.
