The food was one of the most unforgettable parts of our stay, and there was so much to enjoy. The warm heated pool, surrounded by refreshing flowers, was relaxing, and the terrace view was enchanting. Inside, I loved the rustic hotel’s design and felt as if I were living in a fairytale in the little prince room. I never expected such a stunning view or such a wonderful stay. Kudos to the owners of this luxurious hotel, G&G, for their brilliant custom design ideas. You exceeded my expectations. I absolutely recommend this place to everyone. Two thumbs up!

Take one of the walks or bike rides Gauthier has planned himself, or settle in with a cocktail by the heated pool. The splendid food and tastefully designed rooms make this small luxury hotel in Baron a real treat. Guy en Gauthier have done everything right in upgrading their bed and breakfast. Charming Uzès is just a 15-minute drive away.

Guy and the team at d'Ulysse give you exactly the kind of welcome you hope for. The old silk farm has been converted with so much thought and care, and the mix of original, traditional, and modern details is a joy. It’s peaceful and rural, while Uzes, a buzzing, historic, beautiful town, is only a 20-minute drive away. A very happy place to stay, and we wished we could have stayed longer.

I loved the pool and garden, and the food was delicious, with a different menu each day. The hosts and staff made us feel so cared for and welcome. This place really is a little paradise.

A wonderful place to stay, with a perfect mix of historic and modern styles. Definitely stay for the dinners Chef Luic prepares.
