Really tasty.

We couldn’t stay after what happened, so we had to find somewhere else. We still haven’t received a refund, and I’ve filed a complaint with UFC Que Choisir. If you get the room you expected and the weather’s good, it’s probably a decent booking. Otherwise, the way we were treated was disrespectful. (Photo attached.) We’d planned to stay for 5 days at the end of September and were welcomed warmly on arrival. But the lovely 14m² room we’d booked turned out to be a tiny 8m² broom closet. There was no light apart from a bedside lamp, which we had to look for on our knees with our phones when we got back from a restaurant around midnight. The decor was awful, and there was no wardrobe. Getting in and out of bed meant climbing over our suitcases, which we’d packed for a 4-week holiday. The next morning I told the owner that the room we’d been given was nothing like what we’d booked and paid for, as shown and confirmed on Booking.com. Mr. replied, “If you have expensive tastes, you should book a castle, not a €60 room...” We found the people we dealt with aggressive and dishonest.

The room was quiet, breakfast was generous, and the price was great. We only stayed one night, but everything was perfect. The hosts were so welcoming. A thousand thanks to you both!

I could park my cherry picker van on the property. The streets are narrow, but it was manageable. There isn’t much affordable accommodation around here, so you won’t be disappointed with this place. I rented a room for one night and could use the kitchen and living room set aside for other guests. The host couple were friendly, discreet, and interesting. Nothing like some slum landlords. I’ll keep you in mind if I’m in the area again. Best regards!
