I’m a Best Western Gold loyalty member, and this hotel handled my booking terribly. They cancelled it just 24 hours before I was due to arrive, after calling me in a way that felt scam-like and asking for my email so they could send a payment link. I’d already provided all the required details through the official Best Western e-concierge system. At first they said they hadn’t received them, then admitted they’d “not noticed” my message, but told me it was too late because the hotel was fully booked. My conversation with receptionist Pierluigi was unpleasant and unprofessional. Unbelievable. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The staff were super helpful, and breakfast was really nice, with everything fresh. Dinner dishes were quite average. There’s a big supermarket, bakeries and a gas station nearby. The town centre is about a 20-minute walk away, which was a plus for us because you get a nice view of the town along the way. You can park underground or outside behind the hotel, which is the cheaper option.

The buffet breakfast was great, and the service attentive. The hotel was sparkling clean, modern and had all the facilities I’d expect for its category. It’s up on a hill, a bit away from the most central part of the city, though it only took five minutes to walk. I’d happily return.

The staff were so pleasant and welcoming throughout our stay, and they even let us leave our luggage there. Our room at the end of the hall was quiet and spotless, with a comfortable bed and linens. The bathroom was well lit and had enough amenities. Breakfast had plenty of good choices. There was a little fridge, though it didn't get cold enough.

We booked at the last minute and they sorted us out straight away. The deluxe room was a lovely surprise, really new, spacious, and clean. The gym was good too, and everyone was hospitable. We only wish we could've stayed longer. The atmosphere was great.
