Check-in hours are VERY limited. We arrived at 1 pm and had to wait until exactly 4 pm, though after a couple of phone calls we were able to leave our bags in a seating area. The hotel is cute and conveniently close to the cathedral. Our Room 12 was bigger than I expected, with a nice view of the neighboring homes. The bed was comfortable, and it was a pleasant surprise to find the room had been turned over while we were out on a tour. Bathroom supplies are sparse, just a bar of soap.

The rooms are fairly small, but they're okay overall. Staff were very friendly, and the hotel is near the city center. There are free parking spaces right in front, though not many.

The studio was laid out well and extremely clean, and there's a small shared garden. The location is quiet and convenient, close to the market square and just a short walk past the shops to Bayeux's main attractions. The hosts welcomed us warmly and took time to point out the main sights, including the market days. A great place to stay.

The staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable with nice warm showers. It’s about a 13-minute walk from the town centre, or an €8 taxi ride from the train station. A nice little hotel and definitely worth considering for a visit to Bayeux.

Parking was easy, and it wasn’t especially expensive, but I still felt ripped off and wouldn’t recommend staying here or come back. I have trouble understanding the glowing reviews. I know it’s a 2-star hotel, but the accommodation was poor and the place felt a bit dingy. The mattresses were so hard I thought I was sleeping on a slab of concrete, and actually checked that there was a mattress. The bathroom was on one level, with the shower and sink on another.
