4/10
Free parking was a plus, and the breakfast was fine. The location also worked well, with restaurants and a mall nearby. But the building is old and poorly maintained, the furniture is very poor, and there’s no fridge, safe, or wardrobe. There were spiders in the bathroom. The rooms are spread across several buildings, and people walking along the street can pass right beside them, which made the stay feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The reception closes at midnight, so you can’t get into your room after that. Not all the receptionists spoke English. Arriving at 11 p.m. after a four-hour drive was a disaster.

The staff were pleasant, but the room looked a bit worn and could use a refresh. The food was pretty average too. The pizza seemed like a supermarket one with extra cheese dumped on top.

8/10
The rooms were a little tired, but perfectly comfortable. Service had a charming, family-style feel, and the restaurant served good food with very nice local wine.

The hotel was basic, to put it mildly, and the breakfast wasn’t worth what it cost. I won’t stay there again.

Basic room, but it was okay for an overnight stop. There was plenty of parking, and the continental breakfast was good.
