Right in the middle of Beaugency, this spacious, clean apartment is part of a house and worked really well for our group. It was comfortable too, and I'd recommend it for families or friends travelling together.

Our stay was cancelled through Booking three days beforehand because of a water heater issue. The owner didn't take notice of the problem, and we were left to sort out other accommodation ourselves and contact Booking's support. I have serious doubts about whether the explanation was sincere or what actually caused the problem.

Cute, cozy apartment and a great place to stay. Just be aware there's no dishwasher.
