You’ll need a car or bike to get here since it’s outside the city center. Once there, we felt at home and had a wonderful time in December. After a hike or jog, the spa and its splendid view were a lovely treat. We like the region and plan to return.

Le Clos is a lovely base for exploring this charming part of Provence, and the hosts gave us lots of thoughtful tips on wineries, walks, restaurants, and more. The grounds are beautiful, with a pool, and our room was lovely too. It’s in a quiet spot that’s still convenient for getting around. Highly, highly recommend!

We spent four delightful nights at Le Clos while exploring Vancluse. Our Suite room was distinctive and comfortable, and the service was exceptional. The shared spaces were easy to use and made for peaceful breaks, whether we had coffee and wine or not. Our hosts also helped with local reservations and ideas for trips, which really added to that part of the visit.

Breakfast was included and became a highlight. Our beautiful, roomy room had a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom came with all the amenities plus an antique claw foot tub. The family running this Provençal boutique hotel were friendly and accommodating, with plenty of space for families with kids. It had a farmhouse feel, along with all the comforts, and is well suited to active guests. The scenery is stunning, and the surrounding roads are quiet and safe for biking. We’d stay again.

Those scrambled eggs 'a-la-Patrick' at breakfast were fantastic. The views are amazing, and the hosts do a wonderful job of making the place feel friendly. We had a fabulous stay at the Clos Saint Saourde, which is gorgeous, comfortable, and well organized. I highly recommend it if you’re planning to visit Provence.
