The escargot starter was a standout, and both the sandre fillet and confit duck were out of this world. My family and I will be talking about this dinner for years. We only speak English, and our waitress spoke French, but she patiently helped us work out what to order. It turned into the most wonderful meal we’ve had in a long time.

The outdoor seating area is really nice, and they were able to offer a vegetarian meal even though it wasn’t on the menu. The staff were friendly and the service was okay. Food was good, though nothing special. The back room felt a bit like a schoolroom. To me, it had a typical French style.

The duck breast was delicious and cooked just right, and the food overall was fantastic. We had a fabulous meal out with friends, with a good atmosphere and service. We’re always looking for good food and service, and they didn’t disappoint. Thanks, we’re looking forward to going back.

After a long, hot drive, the small pool and grassy spot for lounging in the sun were a welcome bonus. The village is quiet, and the hotel has clean, spacious rooms and bathrooms. The owners and staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful. We also enjoyed reasonably priced food and wine in the restaurant. A great little hotel, I’d recommend it.

The shower was brilliant, and the accommodation felt cosy. We were given a very warm welcome at this charming hotel and restaurant. The food was excellent and generous, and didn’t disappoint. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.
