Beaune Sweet Home

We really enjoyed the terrace outside our first-floor apartment, even though we had stairs to get there. The other three apartments in the complex have lift access. Rousseau was a clean, well-stocked base for exploring Beaune, an easy walk from restaurants, cafes, shops, and the main sights. Joce and Joan were lovely, helpful hosts, and even left us a bottle of wine. I’d recommend this four-apartment place to anyone visiting.

Joce was quick to reply and easy to communicate with. The flat matched the pictures and had all the amenities we wanted. It’s right in central Beaune, just a few minutes from lots of restaurants and Hotel Dieu. We’d happily stay again if we come back to Beaune! 😍

The patio was a lovely spot for meals and a glass of wine, and the apartment’s location made everything easy. There’s a bakery and pharmacy across the street, with a grocery store a little farther down. Our family of four had plenty of room, and the kitchen was a good size and well equipped. There were large beds, air conditioning, and a washer too. Joce was a wonderfully warm host, always reachable by phone when we needed extra linens or other supplies, and did everything she could to make our summer stay in the Rousseau apartment enjoyable. We highly recommend it.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s one of the best places we’ve ever been. Jocelyn is a fantastic hostess, always on hand if you need anything, including help with parking. The accommodations are clean and wonderful. I highly recommend this place!
