Our top-floor family room was wonderfully spacious. The hotel is just outside the town wall, a stones throw from the centre. Breakfast was limited and a bit disappointing, but apart from that, highly recommended.

We booked an economy room. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the town centre was an easy walk away. The mini split cooling was welcome in the summer heat.

The staff's kindness and unassuming manner really stood out. We came in late from Paris and the receptionist was ready for us. When the parking was full, he moved his own car so we could park. He was incredibly friendly, and his genuine smile was infectious. Our room was perfect, and breakfast was very good. We had the same experience at the brasserie next door. Beaune is a gorgeous town. We highly recommend it.

The garden was a lovely place to read and relax through the heat of the day. My wife and I stayed three nights in a corner room in mid-August, after arriving late Friday from Paris. The staff were inviting and helpful, the room stayed quiet and was a good place to rest, and the A/C was so nice.

The owners and staff were plain rude, with little politeness or hospitality. The rooms are basic, with no amenities, and the beds are dark and hard. Not coming back, EVER. Cheers.
