I always make time for La Maison du Colombier when I'm in Beaune. Any Burgundy lover should stop by. The wine list is one of the best I've seen, with fair prices, and the food is delicious, carefully made with high-quality ingredients. Antoine, the sommelier, knows his wines and explains them clearly, always suggesting the right one. The rest of the staff are kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

They're open on Mondays, which is a real gift in Beaune. When much of town goes quiet, La Maison du Colombier becomes a little refuge. I keep returning because it brings together everything I love about Burgundy. Right in the heart of Beaune, it has old stone walls, wooden beams, and history in every corner. It's cozy and feels local without trying too hard. The wine list is a whole little universe, with focused choices and hard-to-find bottles at genuinely great prices. The food is simple and honest, with rustic dishes that pair naturally with the wines while still feeling thoughtful. The team are warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to, and you can tell they enjoy their work. Great wine, comforting food, and a beautiful setting. I absolutely love it here.

We spent two nights here after visiting several vineyards in the Burgundy area, and choosing La Maison du Colombier was absolutely the right call. The room has a small kitchen and a cozy spot to relax and eat. It's been beautifully renovated while keeping its old-world charm, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom stocked with quality amenities. We really loved our stay. A great choice if you're planning to stay in Beaune.

The location is awesome, and this 15th-century building is amazing, with history and charm that made the stay worth it. We stayed in the third-floor loft, which felt cozy and modern while keeping its old features. The stairs are crazy tight and skinny. We didn't think we'd get our case up, but a guy from the restaurant helped. They could be a problem for plenty of people. It's almost the single most photographed building in Beaune. We stopped by the bar and loved the atmosphere. The Pata Negra jambon was excellent, and the wine was great. Antoine was kind and helpful.
