We had a spacious, comfortable room with interesting details, and the bathtub was especially relaxing. The hotel has an unusual design that gives it a sense of the region. But several things went wrong: the refrigerator didn't work, a number of lights were faulty, and the broken back entrance was inconvenient and felt like a possible safety concern. Our interactions with Karima, the hotel representative, were also disappointing. She came across as rude and inhospitable, and her unprofessional manner left a bad impression. With those problems, I can't recommend Hotel Petite Fugue. Hospitality should make guests feel welcome, and there's a lot here that needs improvement. I hope management addresses the issues and reconsiders how the hotel is represented so future guests can have a better stay.

The huge shared space on the main floor was a nice spot, and would work well for getting some work done. We spent one night here after driving from Paris, in the top floor Cerise Suite. The room was as expected and had a nice large shower. The stairs are steep and the steps small, so hauling bags up is a challenge, though that's part of Europe's charm.

Our room was great and all set for us when we arrived. The instructions came by text and were clear and to the point. There's also a spacious shared room with a kitchen. Definitely recommend this place!

The rooms were large, clean, and nicely decorated, and the location was quiet. We thought the hotel was very good value for money and would happily recommend it.

The rooms were really clean and we enjoyed the stay. The hotel staff arranged everything to help make things pleasant for us. We'll definitely stay again when we're next in the area. Thanks, and see you soon!
