Our three nights at Le Clos de l’Aigue were a highlight of our road trip from Paris to Lyon. The peaceful grounds, tasteful garden, and pool beside a quiet spot to chat or read made it a lovely place to unwind with local wine under the ginkgo trees. Sandrine was available with advice, without being intrusive, whether we wanted to explore Beaune's excellent restaurants, take nearby walks, or go wine-tasting. The handsome, modern rooms were finely appointed, and breakfast started each day with a huge range of well-prepared, beautifully presented food. I wish we'd stayed longer.

We enjoyed our three nights here very much. The location worked well for exploring both the inner city and the small villages and vineyards around Beaune. Sandrine was delightful to talk with at breakfast each morning, and the buffet offered far more choices than we could eat. Our rooms were very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We highly recommend Le Clos de l"Aigue!

Sandrine was one of the most delightful, gracious hosts we've met. Her secluded place felt serene and relaxing, while still being perfectly situated for exploring the city. We've found our new home in Beaune.

We only stayed two nights, but they treated us so well. Amazing experience, and I'd highly recommend going there!
