Hôtel de la Poste

The room was fantastic, with great AC and quirky furnishings that felt generous and comfortable. There’s a free car park less than 100 metres away, and the old town is right on the doorstep, perfect for a wander. I’d definitely return.

We could walk to everything in about 5-7 minutes, which made the location great. I stayed for five nights and had a delightful time. The bar was excellent and the food was incredibly fresh. I especially liked the back patio. The AC in the room was amazing, even with 90-degree weather outside, and I’m from Texas! Everyone on staff was helpful and very friendly. Hicham greeted me with a big smile every morning and gave excellent service.

Sophie, the concierge, made our stay feel special. She took time to understand what we wanted and treated us like friends. Even after checkout, she kept in touch, helped us get the best tickets, and shared thoughtful tips that made us feel like locals. Her patience, warmth, and knowledge were outstanding, and the hotel is lucky to have her. The room was spacious, cozy, and comfortable, with an excellent bed and clean, welcoming design. Mine didn’t get much natural light, so if brighter rooms matter to you, ask for one with larger windows. The location at La Poste Hotel is hard to beat, right across from the old city and within easy walking distance of historical sites, shops, and restaurants. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we’d absolutely return.

We spent three nights exploring the town and region, and would happily stay here again. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely evening at the bar listening to a visiting jazz band. The hotel has plenty of character in its old post office building, with large, clean, comfortable rooms that are a bit quirky but practical and air-conditioned. It’s right in the center, with a small public parking area in front or private parking out back for 8 euros/day.
