The facilities and breakfast were good, and the hotel is well located. The free parking is a real plus if you arrive by car. We had a problem with one receptionist, but her teammates and the hotel manager, Stephanie, assured us it wouldn’t happen again. Many thanks to both of them.

The staff were kind and helpful, and breakfast was generous, including gluten-free options. The room itself is very basic, though, and the location is okay. I’m not completely sure the price is justified, as it feels a bit expensive for a three-star hotel.

We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the lovely cheese and meats. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was no problem adding my wife even though I’d accidentally booked for one person. It only cost a couple of euros extra to include her at breakfast.

It’s a great option if you want to leave your car in the free parking and visit Bordeaux by public transport. The staff were warm, helpful, and welcoming. Those guys made my day. Thank you!

This was our second stay in two months, and we’ll be back again. The rooms are clean, quiet, and great, and the location is convenient, with parking and not too far from the centre. Breakfast alone is worth the money, it was amazing. The staff are really attentive, too. We left something behind on our first visit and it was waiting for us when we returned.
