Domaine Riberach – Hôtel 4* - Restaurant gastronomique - Spa - Piscine - Vignoble

The natural pool completely amazed the kids, and me too, honestly. We had a wonderful stay in the gite with our two little ones, who were made very welcome. The staff were all lovely and went out of their way to help. The food was incredible. They had pencils and paper ready for the children, which was thoughtful. There was no tomato sauce, which is fair enough, I can imagine how the chefs might react!

The booking mix-up with the third-party provider meant we couldn't take part in the Wine Safari we'd come to Ribebach for. The team turned the evening around by arranging a lovely table and a delicious selection of food instead. Noemi, BiBi, and Justine were warm, professional, and attentive. They made sure we had a great evening and gave us the details we needed to follow up with the booking partner about a refund. Their care made us feel valued, and we left smiling despite the change of plans.

We had a lot of fun on the 4x4 wine safari, though we were a little disappointed by the wine quality. It didn't affect the trip much. The restaurant was excellent, as you'd expect from a Michelin-starred place, and the staff were very friendly. They even offered to send us the clothes we'd accidentally left in our room. We stayed for three nights with our two kids and dog. The family room had a terrace and a great view from the back of the hotel. We also enjoyed the natural pool, even though it was pretty cold during our May visit.

We had a large party, and everyone loved the tasting menu and wine pairings at LA COOPERATIVE RESTAURANT. Don't miss it. Every dish was incredible at this green Michelin-starred restaurant. We also planned a wine tasting and tour before dinner. The rooms and grounds are gorgeous, and check-in was smooth. The lovely women at the front desk showed us straight to our rooms and answered our questions. Before we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. I arranged beautiful flowers and champagne in our room for my wife's birthday. If you're staying in the vats, leave your bags in the parking lot and walk back up to check in. It saves you some carrying.
