Lodge-bélvédere Sur Les Hauteurs De Vichy

The Lodge Panoramique is a stylish, lovely place to stay, and the views are genuinely astonishing. We had a fantastic few days there. Laurent took great care of us, and it's a handy base for exploring the countryside and pretty villages nearby. We'd definitely return if we're in the area. Merci beaucoup!

We loved our two nights in the panoramic suite. The original decor gives the room a special feel, and the bedding was comfortable. There's a small kitchen for enjoying the surroundings, too. We also tried the Nordic bath facing the volcano, which was a real treat. The hosts gave us a warm welcome. Do stop by the nursery if you can, your host loves talking about his perennials.

We couldn't see the view during our stay because we arrived late and then had heavy fog the next two mornings, though even that had its own charm. The studio itself is beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated with a mix of old and modern. It has everything you might need, even an electric blanket. We especially liked the bathroom, where you can soak in the bath looking out at nature, and the bed was comfortable too. The two independent houses are arranged in an interesting way around the main house, giving you both privacy and a sense of security.

The place feels magical, with a breathtaking view and a Norwegian bath that speaks for itself. We were made very welcome, and there were lots of thoughtful details to help us feel at home. The owners are truly charming. We had two exceptional nights at the lodges and will be back.
