Domaine de Miraval

Great!

The surroundings are fantastic, which makes it a real shame that our stay was so disappointing. We were there for a wedding and felt watched all weekend. The owners were intrusive and unpleasant. During heavy rain and wind, while unloading our suitcases, we were sharply told off for letting even a centimeter of a tire touch what passed for grass. The area around the reception hall and guest room could use some attention, and those pallets by the gate should at least be moved. I didn't swim in the pool or even go close to it. The mobile home was only moderately equipped, with very little storage, manageable for a day or two but not much longer. For four people there were just two terrace chairs and no table, apart from one outside. There was no air conditioning, which we've managed without before. The water heater was preset, but the water kept switching between cold and scalding hot. I don't usually leave bad reviews, but what they sell you is a dream, and the reality is quite different.

The century-old oak avenue where the ceremony took place was truly magical, and the grounds are magnificent and spacious. There is accommodation on site for 60 people. We were thrilled we chose Domaine de Miraval for our wedding on September 6, 2025. Planning was easy thanks to how well Chantal communicated, and we really appreciated her kindness and flexibility. Thank you again, we highly recommend it.

For a wedding or a holiday, you can book this place with complete confidence. It's an exceptional venue, and the owners are always incredibly attentive. Thank you, Chantal and Eric, you're the best.
