Breakfast was delicious, and the room was really comfortable. We got there late at night after our car broke down, and Jean François ordered us pizza and showed us to our room. Such a lovely man, and he couldn't have done more to help.

We arrived early hoping to book a room, but the manager sent us away, saying they were “closed” even though rooms were available. We were traveling with an infant, and there was no consideration for that or even time to find another hotel before we had to leave the parking lot. I've never had such an unfriendly, hostile reception.

Really great place, I'm loving it.

The heated pool, gym, and magnificent setting made this country hotel a wonderful find. Our room was superbly equipped, the welcome was friendly, and breakfast was excellent. Just a few small cleaning details: cobwebs, curtains stained along the bottom, and dust on the driftwood lamp. 😉

The only drawback is that Au Clos Masure makes it easy to get hooked and want to come back soon. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and just the calm, relaxed setting we were hoping for. Jean-François and Patrick were attentive and caring while still giving us plenty of space. One word for the stay: perfect. Thank you both. Manu and Claude
