The staff forgot our order, and I found them useless. The room was very disgusting decorated and very basic. The place looks dirty and run down from outside, and it isn't much better once you're in. Everything seems done on a shoestring, without much thought or attention to detail. I would recommend anyone to stay here, there are a lot better paces to stay in the local area.

We came for the Christmas Market today and really enjoyed our fish and chips lunch. Dan and François were warm and welcoming. Fanny's homemade jams and chutneys, along with Fanny's beer, were for sale in the reception area. Highly recommended :)

The staff were attentive, spoke three languages, and knew the local area well. For the value, I couldn't recommend a better hotel. I'd stay again.

It’s a quiet, stylish place, and the staff are very friendly. I can only recommend it.
