Chambres D'Hotes Le Hour

There were three of us friends in the family room, and the simple, friendly welcome was just what we wanted for a memorable festival weekend. Our hosts were attentive and gave us great tips for countryside restaurants, no frills about it. Breakfast was fantastic too, especially the homemade cakes and jams. Thanks again from the Nivernais! 😁 🎶🎶

The sunset was magnificent 🌅🤩👍❤. It’s a really pleasant cottage, with sunny or shady pitches under the trees. There’s a pétanque court, plus a pool, ping-pong, and musical instruments.

The breakfast was wonderful, and the hospitality made the stay feel perfect. Véronique and David welcomed us so warmly, and Oxford too, that we felt at home right away. We’ve just left the hamlet of Le Hour and already wish we could have stayed longer in this magical place. Thanks again. As a little gift, here’s a photo of the donkeys, who are good at greeting newcomers too.

The room was roomy and practical, and comfortable enough for a proper rest. Véronique and David looked after us so well and made us feel warmly welcomed. Around the grounds, the pool and the places where the donkeys, horses, and Oxford roam make it easy to switch off and take in the surroundings. We had such a relaxing time at the hamlet of Hour, happiness really is in the meadow at Hour!
