We booked at the last minute and ended up with a great room, clean and spacious, with an amazingly comfortable bed. The staff made us feel very welcome and we had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was generous, with good-quality local products. We’ll definitely return whenever we can. Thank you, highly recommend.

Demi-pension is really good value here. Dinner gave us nearly the whole à la carte menu to choose from, and breakfast was varied and plentiful. The service was friendly and impeccable. We came back to L'Écureuil this year and it was as charming as ever. The room was small, but had everything we needed. The white linen was crisp, the bed was comfortable, the towels were fluffy instead of those thin hotel ones, and the shower worked very well. Hopefully we’ll be back next year!

The staff were friendly and the service was good, but our top-floor room stayed cold. The central heating wasn’t working well, and they didn’t have a portable heater to offer. It got really chilly in the room overnight.

The rooms were fine, and for a hotel in this category the breakfast was probably the best we had in France. Merci.

The hosts are lovely, and the service was great. It’s very clean and close to the centre.
