Getting to the lifts and ski and boot hire is easy, and the hotel is also handy for bars, restaurants, the supermarket and doctors. It’s clean and tidy, with daily maid service and a locker room for skis and boots. Breakfast is a substantial, varied continental spread, and you can eat as much as you like. The staff are pleasant and helpful. I’d definitely book again.

The bedrooms are a little small, but they’re exceptionally clean. It’s a charming, old-fashioned ski hotel, right in the centre of Auron village, and the owners and staff are kind and friendly. A great base for skiing in Auron. Highly recommended.

For the third year in a row, we’ve had a lovely stay at the las Donnas. The welcome is always very warm, and breakfast is lovely. It’s perfectly placed in the centre of the village.

Breakfast has lots of choice, including bacon, eggs and cheese, but get there early. The hotel is right opposite the ski lift, which is an ideal spot. The only real problem for me was the heat. It stayed much too warm even with the radiator off. The internet plays up a little, though it is available. I’d recommend the place.
