The location at the entrance to Fenestre Park is the hotel's biggest advantage, and you can usually find parking opposite along the park. After trying three different hotels in the resort, we rank this one first for its welcome, amenities, location, and rates. The owner is charming and attentive. The hotel is well cared for, the rooms are comfortable and roomy enough, and breakfast is good quality.

We had a very pleasant two-night stay. It's peaceful here, with easy parking, and the hotel has an elevator. The rooms and bathroom are perfectly adequate, and the tap water is fresh and lovely to drink, a small but important detail. Breakfast is quite decent for €10: bread, pastries, cereal, fruit, yogurt, ham, and cheese, which I think are individually wrapped for hygiene, plus a hot drinks dispenser. Reception is simple and efficient, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming if you have a special request.

The owner was very friendly and always had something kind to say that made us smile. Zizou, the sweet cat, was a real bonus for an animal lover like me. We spent a week in this lovely hotel by Fenestre Park and the city centre. We'd booked an economy room and were lucky to be given a better one when we arrived. It was spotless and cleaned every day, and the bathroom and bedding were just as immaculate.

The owners always greet you with a kind word when you pass through the lobby. We had a pleasant room, a full breakfast, and easy parking, all at a reasonable price. Excellent welcome. I highly recommend it! Signed, Team 9 😉

The location is the only real plus. This hotel does not deserve its stars, and the price is exorbitant for the service. The rooms are very dated and not soundproofed, the bathroom is uncomfortable, the carpet is worn, and the blankets weren't very clean. Breakfast costs too much for such a limited selection. The front facade needs refreshing, and the back of the building is in disrepair.
