The accommodation was clean and perfect, but we were disappointed that we couldn't enjoy it for the full time we had planned. We arrived at 4 pm and couldn't reach the owner about collecting the keys. We were left waiting for hours, worried we'd have to leave and had been scammed. At 7:30 pm we finally got the keys, with no communication in between and nobody available to help. We would have appreciated some compensation, perhaps being allowed to leave later to make up for the lost hours, but nothing was offered. I'd suggest keeping a second emergency number available in case you forget your phone.

My child was ill and needed two doctor's appointments in three days. The response we got was cold and showed no understanding, empathy, or humanity. It felt very financially motivated. Avoid this place!

We had a lovely weekend in this apartment. It's in an ideal location and has everything we needed.
