All the staff gave us excellent service. Each morning and evening, cleaners, receptionists, and breakfast staff greeted us with smiles and were quick to help with any questions. Special thanks to Tom, who shared useful tips for visiting Bergerac town centre. He ALWAYS stopped what he was doing to greet us warmly and check that we had everything we needed.

The shower kept flipping from scalding to freezing, and the bedside lamp ticked nonstop. When I asked to move, the room they showed me reeked of urine, had waste left in the toilet, and the air conditioning was broken. I turned it down, and staff member Cindy was rude and dismissive instead of helping. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. It felt disgusting and unsafe, and I’d never return or recommend it.

Quiet rooms, good air conditioning, and everything was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was great value for money.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean. It’s a decent, simple budget hotel with free parking. WiFi worked better in the public areas than in some rooms, where the signal was weak. At €6.15, the breakfast buffet is a bargain compared with what other places charge for much less food. A toilet brush and a bathroom mat would be useful, since two towels for two guests isn’t very practical.
