The rooms were excellent and clean, and our guests had a pleasant stay without noticing the problems we ran into. We’d visited this beautiful place hoping to book a hall and rooms, and compared with some other venues, the trip and cost seemed worthwhile. During our weekend stay, though, we found the walk-in refrigerator dirty and smelly. We went in wearing shoes, and the restaurant food was left unprotected, including unwrapped fish. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. When we pointed it out, they practically blamed us. One toilet was out of order and had no toilet paper. That evening we also found the dishwasher broken and dirty. Luckily, a friend who owns a restaurant helped us out. It’s unacceptable to charge extra for a dishwashing area or cleaning when those facilities aren’t available or aren’t in suitable condition when the keys are handed over.

Room 84 was spacious and delightful, with impeccable cleanliness, a refrigerator, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with a large shower and a bathtub. The terrace is about 30 square meters, and the air conditioning is quiet and efficient. The bedding was perfect. For anyone who needs it, at least one room is adapted for people with reduced mobility. This is actually an annex of the Hostellerie du Mont Aimé.
