The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location worked well for my job. The building feels dated, though, and the bathroom ceiling paint is peeling. There are very few outlets in the room, none by the bed, and no USB charging points. Replacing the carpet or putting down another floor covering would make a big difference. The restaurant in the same building, petit bois, is highly recommended.

We stopped here while charging our Tesla and found it really pleasant. It was very clean and refreshingly cool in the crazy summer heat, with a nice selection of simple food. The toilets were clean, there was a changing table, and someone was ready to serve at the bar. Great with kids, who can also play some games.

The bar was a nice place to unwind with colleagues after work, and town is within walking distance. I also walked about 2 km to the supermarket a few times, and there’s an indoor bouldering gym around 2.5 km away if you climb. I stayed for a work week and found the staff very accommodating. The room was comfortable, with a window that opens, and housekeeping did a good job. Breakfast was an adequate buffet.

The room was okay and the daily room service was really nice. It’s a bit old-fashioned, though, with no outlets by the bed, no fridge, and no safe. Breakfast was very basic, as was the hotel overall. The area feels desolate, so you almost have to rent a car to stay here.
