My mom and I stopped here for one night on our way to Bordeaux, France, and really enjoyed the spa. The staff were friendly, and our room was clean and very comfortable.
10/10
The area is peaceful and quiet, with plenty of good walks nearby. I recommend the cascades, Lac Pavin, and Besse village, where there's an open-air market on Mondays. We spent a long weekend here, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was simple but had everything we needed, and the blackout curtains worked well.
2/10
The hotel itself is nice, but our New Year 2023 stay was a bad experience. The service and food were both awful, and we expected much more for what we paid. On January 1 there were no services at all, yet the room price stayed the same.

A really good hotel in Auvergne.
