West Appart Htel

The welcome was really friendly, and the rooms were spacious and clean. Good value for money.

The staff were incredibly kind. The rooms were very clean and the beds really comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Our road trip along the Atlantic coast was made by this stay. The apartment had two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, plus all the comforts of home. Secure parking was included, and the welcome was perfect. They did everything they could to help, thank you! The location worked really well, about 5 minutes by car from the centre of Niort and the boat launches for the Marais Poitevin. The go-kart track next door isn't a concern: you can't hear it, the soundproofing is excellent, and the apartments don't face the track. It's only open from 10 am to 6 pm. Don't hesitate, the value for money and location are unbeatable.

I stayed here for quite a while as I looked for permanent accommodation, and I have very fond memories of the place. The manager is absolutely lovely, understanding, helpful, always smiling and so much more. It feels like home. You can cook as you please, and the rooms are cleverly laid out to make the most of every bit of space. The bathrooms are modern and clean. The electric gate closes at set times, which made us feel safe, and you can come and go with a code, just like you use a code to get into your room. The location is excellent, near major roads to larger cities. The double-glazed windows keep outside noise to a minimum, even with the go-kart track next door. Its driving hours are reasonable and respect the residents. There's direct access to Wi-Fi.
